  1. What is the time duration to request a Return.

The item is eligible for a return within 7 days of delivery.

 

  1. What is the Shipping TAT.

Shipping TAT : 2-5 Business Days (Depending on the Location / Area)

 

  1. How to cancel an order.

Once the order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. But still, if you prefer cancellation, then charges would be 20% of your total order value. Also cancellation can be done within 12 hours once the order is placed.

After 12 Hours we will not be able to cancel your order.(As the order will be forwarded in Courier Shipping Process).

  1. In case we receive wrong / damaged product, what should we do.

In case of damaged product, wrong product or quality issues with the products, you must register your complaint within 24 to 48 hours from the time of delivery. Any claim for the damaged product/quality issue/wrong product reported after 48 hours from the time of delivery will not be entertained by the company.

 

  1. How & when we get the refund amount.

Once the refund is approved - the amount will be credited and reflected via your original mode of payment within 8 to 12 Business days. Refunds shall be processed by the Company through its normal banking channels/ original payment method only and no request for payment of cash shall be entertained.

 

  1. Which of the payment methods are accepted.

We at Raregets Enterprise accept all major Credit & Debit cards, Gpay, Phonepe, Net Banking (All payments are safe and secured by encryption, and your card details will not be stored). All prices mentioned are in INR (Indian Rupees).

 

  1. What are the charges for COD & Shipping.

We have COD available for all items. Also we have FREE Shipping for all our products / Order.
